Leadership & Vision

Founded by Sanzhar Rakhmetzhanov, SwiCE exists to bridge European innovation with high-growth industrial markets. Sanzhar brings two decades across EPC and project finance (London, Geneva, New York) and actively co-builds the AI engineering platform Armeta AI, ensuring our projects benefit from data-driven, AI-assisted engineering workflows.
